Randall Forsberg's speech given at the first Deadly Connection Conference held at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, December, 1982. Forsberg maintains the United States military arms race stance is not about defense or deterrence but about aggression and control. She recounts the array of weapons the United States is actively collecting and developing. Forsberg is credited with initiating the Nuclear Freeze Movement.
